I ordered two of these nights: one came with all of the parts to use the product and assemble the cabinet and everything in protective wrapping. The second was missing the remote and instructions and was clearly use. It was not wrapped in protective wrapping (so scratches were on the top and plexiglass pieces) and had hardware already in certain holes and were bent. I tried to contact the seller, did not get a response. I ended up contacting Amazon, who then contacted the seller, who then contacted me asking for proof. Since so much time had past without word from the seller, I had already assembled the cabinet and was not able to provide “proof”. Also the LED light it comes with is subpar at most. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
