I didn't have super high expectations, but was hoping for a least a functional desk.This desk has blown me away. With patience and common sense it goes together quite easily. All the parts and screws etc were well labelled, easy to identify and assemble. If you are not too mechanically inclined maybe get someone to help you. I work with furniture so it was a breeze, actually has better instructions than we get with much more expensive furniture that we install.I am very pleased with the machining, the quality and the look and styling of this desk. The drawer slides are even quiet and smooth, not always the case with budget furniture.I highly recommend it....it is exceptional value for money. You can't go wrong. Just need to take your time with assembly, the price is so good partly because the desk comes flat packed, totally unassembled, even the drawers need to be assembled. But it is so well made very few tools are needed. The drawers themselves kinda snap together sturdily by hand!!I have worked for 30 years as a furniture installer and this desk even impressed me!
