Well made, solid insulated and weather stripped door. It worked perfectly to provide new access under the bed of my Motorhome and even though it is on the rear of my MH I expect it will keep dust and moisture outside. You have to feel it to believe how solid it is, this thing does not flex or bend.Pros: Solid, well insulated, heavy duty sturdy door and frame. Easy to install. Even the packing materials to protect it during shipping were excellent.Cons: I had to stretch to find one but it comes with the universal RV keyed lock, which actually may be a pro for many people. Fewer keys to keep track of.
