The desk is as described on the website. It is very sturdy and looks nice. It has a lot of storage! It is very time consuming when building it - took one person 10 hours to build. The pieces were clearly marked which made it easier to follow the directions. My only complaint is the back board on the hutch isn't quite as clearly defined as shown on the website. It's a flimsy cardboard and although it has the lines, they are hard to see/make out. The other issue was when taking off the stickers from the pieces, a few took off the paint from the product and I had to cover with craft paint. That annoys me considering how much I paid for the desk!One other important note: Shortly after receiving the desk (came in 3 very heavy boxes) I decided to return it. No where was it stated on the website that in doing so, I would have to pay for the shipping costs back. The seller was willing to provide an address label, but stated they paid $241ish to ship to me and I would have to pay to send it back. They were not willing to budge. I'm sure I already paid those $241 shipping costs because my guess is they are built into the original cost of the desk. I couldn't afford to ship back and kept the desk. That said, I am pleased with the desk and don't regret keeping it.
